We hope you love your Selkirk Paddle, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return within 30 days of purchase. The Paddle must be new with tags and must be in thier original packaging. If the paddle has been used it cant be returned or exchanged.

All "SALE" items are final!

You can also return or exchange your items in shop and skip the shipping costs.

Return Shipping:

After you’ve submitted a return request to cmtennistownandcountry@gmail.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. USA shipping only.

In-store pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with local pickup at Tennis Town & Country. You can also return or exchange your items at the shop.

Order Status:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
