We hope you love your K-Swiss footwear, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return merchandise within 30 days of purchase. The shoes have to be in original packaging and must be unworn.
All products marked as "Sale" cannot be returned. Products marked as "Sale" are also non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
You can exchange/return your product by coming into our shop or by sending it back through mail. There will be a $9.99 charge if you will be sending it back by mail.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request.
